Handyman Rate
$ per job visit
This would be a call out to do minor replacements or repairs like door hardware, sink faucets, bathroom fans, lights, outlets, cabinet assembly etc. Substantial materials are an extra charge. Minor supplies, like caulking are included.
Time and Materials for Bigger Jobs
$ per hour Based on Job
This would be for bigger jobs like fencing & decking, landscape & drainage, weatherproofing, leak investigation, siding & fascia, drywall & painting, texture, indoor finishing, pot lights, gutters etc. Materials, truck fees, disposal, and mobilization are an extra charge if applicable.
